Clear scope before field work begins
Send the drawings, specifications, quantities, location, and bid deadline. We review furnished-versus-installed responsibilities, substrates and anchorage, site access, schedule, required submittals, and closeout expectations. Our proposal identifies the included work, exclusions, equipment or material responsibilities, and required coordination with other trades. Structural design, electrical work, and other licensed-trade scopes are identified separately where needed.
